An application of auxotrophic-regulatory mutants of Corynebacterium glutamicum foe a preparation of lysine by fermentation.Peer-reviewed article

There has been isolated then mutant Corynebacterium glutamicum 9366-AEC/100/Leu-6, resistant to S-(2-aminoethyl)-L-cysteine and dependent to homoserine and leucine, producing 47,0; 21,5 and 50,8 g/l lysine in media containing sucrose, ethanol or acetic acid as carbon sources.
